Payments, Returns & Refunds<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

1. Payment Methods<\/h4><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The customer may complete payment using the following methods:<\/p>

  • Credit\/debit cards<\/li>
  • Cash on delivery (COD)<\/li>
  • Other payment methods displayed on the website<\/li><\/ul>

    All prices are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>

    2. Delivery<\/h4><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Ordered products are shipped via courier service within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.<\/p>

    Delivery times depend on product availability and the courier service.<\/p>

    The customer is required to inspect the package upon receipt and report any visible damage immediately.<\/p>

    3. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)<\/h4><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Customers who qualify as consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia.<\/p>\n

    To exercise this right, a request must be sent to: info@groomingconcept.rs<\/span>.<\/p>\n

    The customer is obligated to return the product undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

    4. Refunds<\/h4><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected, within the legally prescribed timeframe.<\/p>

    Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, where possible.<\/p>

    Customers have the right to file a complaint in the case of:<\/p>\n

    • Damaged product<\/li>\n
    • Defective product<\/li>\n
    • Incorrectly delivered product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Complaints should be submitted via email: info@groomingconcept.rs<\/span><\/span>info@groomingconcept.rs, and must include:<\/p>\n

      • Order number<\/li>\n
      • Description of the issue<\/li>\n
      • Product photos (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Grooming Line d.o.o. will respond to all complaints within the legally required timeframe.<\/p>\n

        The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:<\/p>

        • Used<\/li>
        • Damaged due to customer misuse<\/li>
        • Hygienically unsuitable for return once opened<\/li><\/ul>
